Qualification of a Foreign LLC in Kentucky

Register your foreign LLC to do business in Kentucky by filing the Certificate of Authority with the Kentucky Secretary of State, by mail, in person or online. The filing fee is $90. Kentucky does not require a certificate of good standing to register a foreign company.
