Qualification of a Foreign LLC in Iowa

Register your foreign LLC to do business in Iowa by filing in duplicate the Application for Certificate of Authority with the Iowa Secretary of State, Business Services Division by mail, in person or by fax with the credit card cover sheet. The filing fee is $100. Also, attach a certificate of good standing from the state under whose laws the company is formed, dated within 90 days of filing.
