An Arizona limited liability company is formed by submitting the Cover Sheet, Articles of Organization and Statutory Agent Acceptance form plus the filing fee to the AZ Corporation Commission. The fee is $50, which will get you filed in approximately two months. Pay an additional expedite fee of $85 and processing is nine days. File by mail, in person or by fax. In 2013 the AZ Corporation Commission will be offering online filing. The management structure attachment must be included. When the articles have been approved, you will receive a Notice of LLC Formation that must be published in a local newspaper.

Qualification of a Foreign LLC in Arizona

To receive authority to do business in Arizona, file the Application for Registration of Foreign Limited Liability Company, Certificate of Good Standing and Statutory Agent Acceptance with the AZ Corporation Commission by mail or in person. The filing fee is $150. The Certificate of Good Standing from the home state must be dated not more than 60 days before delivery of filing. Expedited processing fee is $185.
