In order to register do business in Florida, submit the Application by Foreign LLC for Authorization to Transact Business in Florida with the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations by mail or in person. Only domestic LLCs may file online. Pay the $125 filing fee for standard processing of one week. Attach a Certificate of Existence from the jurisdiction of formation. It must be current within 90 days.
